I'll take it! I was expecting a gain since I started working out again this week and my muscles are most likely retaining water. So hopefully that means that once my muscles recover maybe I'll get to see an even bigger loss? One can hope!

Hello 150's... I haven't seen you for at least 5-6 years... please don't stay too long, I haven't seen 140's for 7 and I like them better!!

I woke up to see 183 on the scale, I also purchased a heartrate monitor and had it overnighted! LOL! I am starting Insanity Tuesday! So hopefully with that, and my physical fitness class, I will be leaner and meaner by January !!

Ok - I bought the fall and holiday flavors of Polar seltzer water. The Mint chocolate is to dye for!!! THe Boston Cream pie is utterly disgusting. I hate wasting anything, so I am drinking it trying not to gag...LOL!
