Ok, well I weighed but think I'm not going to officially weigh in until the end of November.
Sigh. Why do I keep gaining??? I'm so crabby about it. I wish breaking up with food wasn't like a death in the family... Srsly.

I got the FT7 - I will likely never use the download feature, but maybe someday? I use an excel spreadsheet to track my weight and little notes everyday and that has really helped, so I might end up using it. I also liked the red better than the other colors Can't wait for it to come! It was $68 with the code.

I only gained .2 - happy with that. I ate a lot of pizza, went out for thai, and overall just ate. This is a different scale so I hope that's all!!

Re: The 25lb Challenge November thread

Well, I'm up almost a lb from yesterday but I worked out and I'm a bit sore, so I'm sure its mostly water weight/muscle gain. . .

Old munchkinflame13: starting:147.4, goal: 120, current: 143.4 -4
New munchkinflame13: starting 147.4 goal: 120, current: 138.8, -8.6
Still a lot of progress even with the regression (wondering if part of that is also thanksgiving feast from Wednesday) and going to smash it at the gym today, too. FX I'll be down to at least 10 lb of loss next week. 1.2 more lbs in a week is totally doable imo...
