Wow! That's awesome, it's so much easier to stick with it once you get on a roll I find. I'm hoping I don't lose my motivation once I get home from holidays though! And I'm hoping I don't gain too much while we're there. I'm definitely not limiting myself whatsoever, as Disney as some of the most amazing restaurants. At least all the walking will help counteract all the food!

Chug water like nobody's business and it should drop within a day or 2!

Yeah that's what I'm hoping. I love Disney. I would be undone by all the restaurants.

I would not limit yourself as you will be walking a lot. You have to enjoy your holiday.

As for me, I wasn't planning on counting this week. Wednesday we went out to eat for DH's bday, and yesterday was feasting and pie! But I had to get on the scale this morning, and I'm actually down 1 pound!

Re: The 25lb Challenge November thread

That's exactly how I feel, I don't want to come home and be disappointed because I missed out on all the food. I'll just jump back on once I get home. It's an insane amount of walking though, so I'm just hoping that if I do gain anything, as long as I stay in the 160's I'll be okay with it. 10 days is a long time of eating whatever you want though! I'm going to attempt to take it easy on the wheat products though, as not only do they make me gain weight faster than anything else, they also make me not feel good so that will help me to stay in check.

Awesome job Katie!!! I think working out and eating healthy really makes a difference in your metabolism too, so when you do cheat a little bit you don't gain as much as quickly. At least, that's what I'd like to think anyways.

So I guess the good part of having a cruddy weigh in last Friday is it actually looks like I lost weight this week even though I was down to 136.8 yesterday. I'm waffling between 136 and 138 these days. Hoping I can break through that before Christmas celebrations start.

I so would have taken yesterday's weight. Good job either way.
