Lol great attitude kimmie

Today i skipped the fake sugar and put one tbs soy milk and one tsp agave in my coffee. Didnt really sweeten it,just killed that black coffee bite. Not too bad. I think I'll stick with it for now. Better for me than all that artificial sweetener.

eta: Just finished my second cup. probably not a good idea. too. much. caffeine. well too much too fast. I usually sip and not chug. oy

So I guess the good part of having a cruddy weigh in last Friday is it actually looks like I lost weight this week even though I was down to 136.8 yesterday. I'm waffling between 136 and 138 these days. Hoping I can break through that before Christmas celebrations start.
Back down to 137.6 so still waffling, but walked/ran 2.6 miles yesterday so that was good.

Anyone else streaking to Christmas (runner world challenge to run/ walk at least a mile every day between thanksgiving and Christmas)? I started yesterday.

I gained 9 lbs over my 3 days at MILs... And I can't even pretend it's water weight.
I hate myself right now... I have no self-control!

Ok back up take a deep breath. Don't hate yourself. And it very well can be water weight. If you were drinking alcohol this weekend then it is possible. Also how your body processes carbs and sodium makes a big difference. Flush your system with clean eating and lots I mean lots of water. Shoot dr half your body weight or more every day until it comes off.

Half your body weight? That's ounces right? So if im 145, i need to drink 72.5 oz? So 9 cups

Much of it can be and if you had alcohol, all of it can be. Been there. Don't hate yourself.
