I'm in the no sleep club, too. My kids haven't slept well for the last couple of nights and my 2 yo has never slept through the night. She still nurses all night and is nursing more lately so no sleep for mommy. If only no sleep bothered them as much as it does me. Or I could have some of their energy.

I'm plateaued at 137-138. It sucks. I've already cut out grains, sweeteners and alcohol and I drink over a gallon of water a day and 2 cups of coffee and sometimes a cup of hot tea and that's it. Idk what else to do. I'm hoping its just that I haven't been to the gym in a week or so. But I've walked/ran every day of that at least a mile with the exception of Friday. And I bumped my knee funny yesterday so I'm worried about running today. I'm a mess

Oh man I hope your knee is ok. Kenzie is sick this week so sleep is little in our house again, but it's as worth it.

eta: but this tired feels like it's cause I need sleep. The other day I was dead tired and sluggish feeling because I was eating crap. Weird that I can feel the difference

I think that is a key feeling on this journey. After clean eating you can tell what you were doing to your body. It's that feeling that will help keep you from doing it often.

Well I guess it's ok. I just got back from a 6 mile walk/run and ran 2.5 miles in 25 mins without stopping in the middle

Hey all!
Well, I did gain 3 pounds because of Thanksgiving but I am now back down to where I was and stuck.
I ran tonight. 2 miles. It felt really good!
My baby boy wakes up at night too. He wakes up about 2-3 times. And my two year old talks/yells in her sleep which wakes me up. Plus, I have to wake up my hubby for work at 2:15am.
So, I feel you guys! I'm in the no sleep club as well :-)
