Man I'm plateauing at each 4 lbs lost.

Morning (well it's still morning here) ladies!
I have an appt at 9:30 so i was all set to leave alex with my gma and go for a run before. And i forgot my shoes at home I'm super bummed. I cant go home and back, since i only have 1.5 til my appt. But i would have to run, shower, get ready. Wouldn't make it. I guess I'll go home after and do some cardio dvd. Boo .

Yeah that's true. I told myself I'd stick to c25k. At least its only week 4, so only 3 min of running. Shouldn't be too bad if i miss a day. I can't believe i forgot my shoes! Gah!

That does suck. I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to run this week now that it snowing. Kenzie can't come with me now

Awww. Sometimes i wish i had space for a treadmill. Can someone watch her? Idk if you should run in the snow. Sounds slippery and dangerous. Says the girl whos never seen snow

Idk I haven't run in snow in 13 years. I think hubs will have to watch her for me. First she has I feel better. I should have done it today. I'm only on week 2 but I'm thinking about doing week1 again since I struggled a little.

I just finished week 7 day 3, 2.9 miles total, 2.3 straight running in 25 mins in the middle. Love it
