The 25lb Challenge November thread

I'm pretty happy with this, although I wish weigh-in had been a few days ago! I actually weighed one day this week at 149.6!!! I was working out hard every day, drinking lots of water and really counting calories. I have not been in the 140s for who knows how long- even when I did LA Weightloss years ago I just could not break that threshold. (although at that time I was just out of college and still going out a lot! those alchohol cals are unforgiving!!)

I have had a cold for the past few days and feel yucky. I know I'm retaining, plus no excercise, plus opened a package of irresistible flatbread crackers last night with cheese and hot sauce I am tempted to throw away the rest of them!!

Great job this week girls! I can't believe tomorow starts a new thread for Dec!

I hear ya!! My college-age sister came home for Thanksgiving bringing it with her....lol From now on I'm going to request a physical!!
