Does Anyone Have Experience W/Implantation Spotting?

With DD I started spotting, spotted through my period red, pink, and brown. Finally tested because my period never really started and was pregnant! I continued spotting until like 8 weeks.

Was everything okay, then? (Obviously you have a DD but did all the spotting cause concern?) I totally forgot to test this am as DS woke up early and I was out of it. I'll try in a couple hours.

With my last pregnancy I had spotting like that with dd around 9 weeks and cramping. I even passed a clot around the size of a quarter and was sure i miscarried. But when I went to the doctor the next day she was there with a strong heartbeat. Very strange. She's 18 months now.

I tested mid-morning and still got a BFN. I suspect mine is something else. Praying it stops soon though. I have a doctor's appt this afternoon for something else so I will ask for reassurance then.

To clarify, I have had issues w/fibroids in the past and that is my fear. I'm seeking reassurance with them, not reassurance that I could be pregnant ;-)

I had implantation bleeding with DS. I knew something was "off" because it was dark brown. I've had a brownish tinge to AF before, even a bit while spotting, but this was a dark brown, and it wasn't mucusy, but more thick. But I know it varies a lot between women..
