you really get use to it, esp if you distract yourself by doing your morning routine. you dont have to do it vigorously the whole time

I have just started doing this with trader joes coconut oil and it's not bad at all. Out does make my mouth feel really clean. I have had some inflammation around my wisdom teeth that are partially in and it's definitely helping.
