Best inventions EVER for babies/children

Wanted to get a thread going on what you think are some of the best inventions for kids and babies that other Moms on here might now know about. Let's stick to only things that you think others haven't heard about, meaning, not the regular cloth diapers, cloth wipes, etc. I'll go first. . .

Garment Extenders

Dapper Snappers

Kid Cozies (for any of you who don't usually shop in the WAHM forum)

I've used all 3 of those things for my kids.

I haven't used it, but I hear the nosefrida is really awesome.

I really love my growbag/sleepsack. I don't know if it's an "invention" but it keeps her safe and keeps the covers on.

That's exactly what I first thought of when I read the first post. We actually have a different brand called a Baby Comfy Nose, but it is basically the same thing. http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/AS.../chrisficti-20 My older son is 4 and still can't figure out how to blow his nose, younger son is 2. Both inherited daddy's super snotty nose. This works sooooo much better than the standard snot sucker.

Not exactly sure how the Nosefrida works, but the Baby Comfy Nose that I have is designed so you can't suck them up. There is a little "cup" that you put a tissue in, and then a little thing on the front that goes in their nose -- then a long tube with a mouthpiece that you suck on. The snot goes in the "nose piece" and is trapped by the tissue. Works amazingly well.
