This pregnancy was following a loss as well, we conceived 2 months after. My hubby was also reserved. I think he was trying to "protect" himself. Honestly, he did not get excited until our gender ultrasound...I hope he comes around soon! Sorry your friends are not being supportive. I got a similar reaction from my sister. Everyone will come around!

Thanks ladies. It made me feel a lot better to hear all the input about hubby's reactions. We are both getting excited now because I'm already getting twinges of morning sickness just a few days into my 4th week. Never dreamed I would look forward to the puking for another 9 months.

I still haven't heard from my friends( we are long distance now) but I'm not letting it get me down. I have plenty of people on here to talk babies with.

My DH was reserved too so I can relate. It sucked nonetheless!
