Thanks so much for the info!! So glad to hear they actually taste good and can be frozen
Hoping I don't have the same supply issues this time but glad I'll have something else to try if I do.

I thought about adding fenugreek, but wasn't sure how it would alter the flavor. The ww flour made it more muffin like, which was great, and the extra flax gave it a nutty flavor. I've never frozen the dough, but I'm sure you could freeze the cookies. A warm cookie would taste good.
