You are inspiring! I like that they do not have to be cooked ahead. I wonder if I could do it on my small grocery budget? must check out the link!

Thanks so much for posting this I bought the e-cookbookand went shopping today and did 29 meals in 6 hours !

I spent $275 but that includes other groceries too so probably about $200 or so I can't find my receipts I had some stuff at home already too (in freezer and some I had canned) The beef I just bought a big ole hunk of beef from the butcher and cut it all up myself (18 pounds @$3 lb cheapest I could get) He was all can I get ya half a pig now lol

Most the recipes I used was from the book and there is shopping lists in it too( for 3 or 4 recipes ) I just used those shopping lists to make a bigger shopping list , saved me th etime of going through each recipe lol . I think its worth it but I will hopefully use these recipe again and again
