Tina, where have you been all my life? You must come take a trip to the East coast. We have a lovely beach, a cloth diaper store, eclectic downtown, oh and an empty freezer! Bahaha!

Re: Look at my freezer!

i know this may sound like a rookie silly question, but since im interested in doing this... did you just plan 30 days of meals, grocery shop for everything at once and then do the 2 days of cooking? and if so, do you do this once a month or replace what you eat with new freexer meals as you go?

Here's a table pic before to went into the freezers

so just so I understand, what all is pictured here is raw with the seasonings so you can put it all in the crockpot? For example, raw chicken and raw veggies with whatever the recipe calls for seasonings and flavor... thaw and throw in the crockpot?? If so, did you seperate the meat from the veggies in a smaller ziplock then put it all into 1 large one?

ETA: I can def work on getting that bill lower but $10 for each meal and having stuff left over for lunch is a win in my book.
can you put it all into th crock pot frozen or do you need to thaw it out first?

sorry to bombard the thread with questions, im just super into trying this LOL!

Yes, 1 day shopping 2 days cooking! This is the 1st month doing this so I don't know how I will work!

I put it in the fridge before bed and pop it into the crockpot in the morning. I have forgotten a couple times so I just ran it under warm water until it could squish into the crockpot.
