I looked at the Kissaluv info but I'm still a little confused - what size of baby is the diaper for? I'm looking for something for my 15-lb little guy.

You should be fine then. It fits my 18 lb 5 mo with a few snaps to go and a bit of stretch for a nice snug fit.
