All smittened out

Hard to tell but the heart designs are all top stitched on. The cutting took the most time, then the top stitching it on the big heart.

These too are pocket kinds

Those sure are pretty Erica! Now you must have carpal tunnel after all that cutting!

Can't wait to see the Rasta knit up, what are you making Karen? I am thinking some kind of cowl, but I probably made that up in my head.

Which ones did you get Carolyn? Happy cleaning, I'm sure the visit will be fine, I think the household as a whole is much more important than it being spotless. I know yours is wonderful!

Re: VETERANS DAY! KAL 11/11-11/17 Knit to a goal!

Haven't been around this week yet... still recouperating from my weekend away! I got 32 (12x12) pages done for my DS's pregnancy/birth book... just 4 more and that'll be done. Got 2 more done for his first few days home, and 7 more pages for DD's 1st year book. A very productive weekend, but no knitting at all!

Here's my belly from 3 weeks ago (at 18 weeks).

Currently waiting for some applesauce/blueberry muffins to bake for DD to take as a snack to school tomorrow...

Hoping to knit tomorrow evening!

Yeah, when I don't like the yarn, it is super hard to focus. Just think of all the fun stuff for L you get to knit soon as your focusing tool.

I like pretzels w/gumdrops, mmmmm I'll eat them w/cheese too though (the pretzels) BUT, it's gotta be sharp cheddar and the little pretzels in the "normal" pretzel shape or I don't want them.
I was trying to not comment because I was attempting to ignore all mention of them. That is one of my favorite things ever.

Noooooo! That's valuable knitting time!

You're so lucky you're a skinny minny! Those apple turnovers would be sitting on my arse We have a local bakery/restaurant famous for giant flaky apple turnovers...so good! They even have choco filled and blueberry cream cheese. Mmmm! Okay, now I want one.
blueberry cream cheese sounds TDF

DH is home, he is making biscuits to go with dinner, which I got made up and simmering on the stove. Tylenol is kicking in and I had some cereal, I think I had low blood sugar as well. Now I need to go check mail though and see if my TA buttons came!

Erica- love those smittens!!

Andrea- great pic!

I have 3 more inches on this stinkin' neck warmer and then I can move on! I'm not loving the yarn, and the whole thing is seed stitch... Ugh.

Kiddos are both in bed though, so it's time!

Edit: Karen that Rasta is bootiful!!! And Zuzu's is gorgeous!
