Is Gymboree good? We have one of those, a Children's Place though I have never had anything there but play clothes, and department stores. I buy gymbo clothes because they do last and wear well but I only buy online w/discount code and clearance. Really you can get them for approx walmart price if you buy end of season and shop for the next. I have gymbo boy clothes that have lasted for three or four kids. All mine are hand me downs and they are great. Of course they are getting stained but they rarely wear out. I get a few parent magazines so I can always get you 20% off and you can buy ebay gymbucks for pretty cheap and get half off. I hardly ever pay more than 5 bucks an items for gymbo stuff for DD.

ON is nice but if you are going for longevity, gymbo wears longer IMO

We have had great success with children's place clothes. My oldest has jeans that I bought second hand that still look fantastic after wearing them for close to a year.
