implantation bleeding? When to test?

This is a two-part question:

DH and I DTD about two-ish weeks ago and the condom broke. I haven't had my first PPAF since DD was born last September. I had very minimal spotting today (only when wiping), and no other signs that AF is imminent. Could this be implantation bleeding?

If it is implantation bleeding, when would I expect a positive result? I tested a few days ago, and today, and both tests were negative.

No real answers for you, except I'm in a similar boat- didn't use protection about 15 days ago, tested today and negative. No spotting though, but nauseous and bloated feeling. Im just assuming my body is gearing up to O soon. How soon, I have no idea. I also have not had a PPAF, but My 8mo still nurses throughout the night.

When I got my BFP last june I had spotting that afternoon, but not before. It was the first day of my missed period. GL!

lucky mama not to have af show for that long are you breastfeeding? Chances are you may just be getting your first AF, but the timing of your spotting 2 weeks after a broken condom is a be weary, so I'd test just to be sure. good luck

Haha, thanks. I've only had my period twice since February 2009. I'm dreading it when it finally does come back.
