Mastitis and no milk?
So I have mastitis in my right boob and it seems the little guy can't seem to suck anything out of it. And had it for a couple days but this seems like a new anomaly. Is this a side effect? Also, doctor has me on antibiotics how to clear to mastitis. Are probiotics necessary to keep the little guys digestive system balanced?
Only doing this for a few days now thanks for your help. |

Nothing at all? Have you tried pumping on that side? I know they say the fastest way to clear the infection is to get the milk moving on that side. I remember when I had it with dd, when it cleared it felt like a damn broke and there was relief soon afterward. But I think mine was a mild case.
Warm showers, massage the breast while nursing. I'm sorry, I know you must be in tons of pain. I hope it clears up soon!

What leads you to think he's not getting anything from that side?
