You are doing great. What are your plans after finishing c25k?

I heard there is another app now that gets you from running the 5k distance to running the 10k distance. Otherwise I think continuing to run 5k distance 3 times a week will be good for keeping you in the habit of running. I would also recommend signing up for a local 5k that way you have a reason to keep training.

I'm going to start training for a 10k and run some 5ks.

I've seen that app I'm going to check it out again in a week or so. I have 5 runs left before I try the full 5k. What is a good 5k time?

I think just being able to finish is what is most important. Once you finish first 5k you will have an idea of what time you can run it in, then you can work on trying to get faster.

I ran my first 5k (April 28, 2012) in 29:38. The last 5k I ran was on Sept. 9, 2012 and I ran it in 23:38.

Today I walked/ ran 2.2 miles. Not much compared to yesterday, but better than nothing.
