Capri wash instructions

I was wanting some Simplex, Capris, and Coveralls come Black Friday. Looking through all their details, I noticed that Capri stated not to use baking soda or Oxyclean (among other things) to wash with. I hadn't noticed that before, and it wasn't on any of the others I looked at. Does anyone know why? And have you used baking soda or Oxyclean on them? It also said not to use vinegar but I don't use vinegar on my diapers, although I do on my regular laundry sometimes.

Re: Capri wash instructions

I think the deal with Oxiclean is that they won't release their ingredient list so no one knows for sure whether the product is cloth diaper safe. Baking soda, I believe, can be harsh when used alone and not dissolved before putting into the machine. I kind of thought that was Washing Soda, though, but maybe I am remembering wrong.
