Okay so I know of Grovia, but what else?

What is suedcloth(spelt that wrong) made of?

And which covers use this suedcloth.

Don't know what suedecloth is made of, but it's more smooth and soft than "fleecy" if that makes sense. I believe Rocky Mountain Diapers pockets had suedecloth. Itti Bitti Tuttos also have suedecloth, buth they aren't pockets. Bububibi pockets have bamboo inners.

I don't know anything about commercial covers (besides Thristies and Flips), sorry!

Suedecloth is polyester. I don't think it's used for covers much because it holds smell. Other than grovia, I'd say Nikky 100% cotton covers. The inner is cotton, and unlike synthetics it doesn't hold stink.

Thanks, I think that is what I will stick with then. I do have some Nikky on my way, not all the right sizes though. I am thinking about their waterproof cottton as well, but it is not breathable like their breathable cotton or breathable polyester. But maybe is is as breathable as grovia or flips. :O)

Yes, actually I have always used wool, for years and years, and love love my wool, but we made a move and are in a cabin and went to prefold and flats for reasons that they clean better and well my fitteds are packed in a semi trailer so need somthing fast and cheap. Well the thing is the poops get out and on my wool that is not so nice, especially since we are living in a cabin while building our house and hauling laundry.

I like the waterproofed cotton as well. Not quite as breathable, but still pretty good considering they don't have super tight leg elastic like other covers. What size did you order for what size child? I find the nikky covers work for a very large size range. At one point my DS fit well into a small, medium, AND a large was even do-able at the same time. They have quite a bit of give.

We recently got a Babykicks OS premium pocket in a KBTM loved mystery fluff. I really like it, soft bamboo lining and cotton fleece leg gussets to help the diaper breathe.
