Which ones are best, gmd's or imagine bamboo prefolds?

I just sold over half the diapers i had for a newbie, really almost gave them away. I'm not even pregnant but my diaper buying got out of hand for the future newbie. I'm converting to covers and prefolds. I really like gmd prefolds and bamboo/hemp prefolds. Which would work best gmd prefolds or imagine smart fit bamboo prefolds? Or should I just get half the prefolds in gmd and half the bamboo prefolds? I have 23 gmd smalls on the way here (in the mail), and 12 xl gmd prefolds. Have not yet purchased anything else trying to make up my mind before i spend more money. thanks for your advice.
