A Toy Knife Block? Does such a thing exist?

So, with this new play kitchen, DS is looking at his kitchen, then looking at mine, and noticing things that he is 'missing'.

He wants a knife block with knives and kitchen shears. Now obviously I don't want him playing with anything that's going to hurt him. I was hoping that some greedy toy maker had already thought this one up and made a fake little knife block for kids, but if they have, they are hiding it pretty well, because I can't find one.

I want a fake knife block set and not a knife block set for kids (because there are knife block sets for older kids, but they actually cut things.)

Does anyone know of a set of fake knives that are in a knife block that are safe for young kids?

I bet you could fine a wood toy maker on etsy that would make one custom for you.

I'm trying to think of a way to make some knives. There are always wood blocks at our goodwill, if you could just make knives to fill it. Otherwise I can only think of the Melissa and Doug food cutting set that comes with a knife.
