3 Car seats across a 3rd row in Pilot?

Does anyone know if 3 radians ff could fit across the 3 rd row in a honda pilot? Is there a similar sized vehicle this could work in and still have 3 adult seats left in the back? GMC Acadia? Thanks for any input!

I don't think they'll fit in the 3rd row, just the second. I can try it tonight though if you don't mind waiting.

It might depend on the year of Pilot. There is a member of car-seat.org who has a Pilot and has tried lots of 3 across combinations and posted about them. Maybe if you search "3 across pilot" there you'll find some of what she's done.

Re: 3 Car seats across a 3rd row in Pilot?

I can get 3 across in the middle row, and there is a 4th LATCH position in the 3rd row of my 2009 Pilot. I think there is room for 2 seats in the 3rd row, but you might be better off with one seat on the 3rd row and 2 on the 2nd row, with an adult in each row. You might be able to fit an adult next to 2 Radians on the 3rd row, plus 2 adults next to one radian in the 2nd row.

I don't have any Radian seats though, so I really can't say what will work. I hope you find the answer.

My moms Acadia only has one top tether in the third row. It's in the middle. Hers is the first year they came out, and it is a carseat nightmare. If the back seats are up, you can't get a double stroller in.

We are literally timing our 4th child to when DS can be boostered because otherwise mom (aka daycare) cannot transport the kids. Hers is captains chairs, so DS and DD1 have to be in the back and we can't get a booster and a harnessed seat back there because the only top tether is in the middle, and I need them to both be outboard, so he has to be boostered.
