Need help with food!

I have been on bedrest and have seriously slacked off on actually cooking. My kids have eaten the most processed foods and sandwiches they have their entire lives.
I am now in a rut of figuring out how to get in the habit of making healthy well balanced home cooked meals.
I am fine with breakfast and lunch.My problem is dinner!So please tell me your meal plan, your kids favorite meals, easy healthy kid friendly recipes, or anything to help!
Oh and my boys are 2 and 3 and my 3yo is extremely picky!And Im still on bedrest but dont obey very well when I have both boys from 3 to bed time (830ish) by myself.

I plan meals and shop 2 weeks at a time. I have a lot of recipes on my blog (in siggie), or my other favorite food blog is if you want to browse. Both my site and hers are fairly healthy, family-friendly meals!

How strict is your bed rest? Can you do any meal prep? If you can do meal prep in small doses, you could do things like stew in the crockpot (veggies can go in the pot with the meat), roast chicken (veggies can go in the pan with the chicken), soups (do the prep in very small amounts over a couple of hours), and casseroles (chicken and rice, mexican-type things, etc.).

Take advantage of the deli section at your grocery store for ready-made side dishes, rotisserie chicken, and breads. If you have access to partially prepped foods, such as broccoli florets, baby carrots, celery sticks, frozen chopped onions, frozen soup veggies, etc. to ease your meal prep time.

If you're willing to bend the rules a bit, what about making dinner in double and triple batches? Extras can go in the fridge or freezer for upcoming meals. Like PP said, the crockpot might be your new best friend. I have a 6 qt pot that feeds all four of us soup for 3 nights easily.

Chili is a super easy one. Brown hamburger with onions and peppers (if your kids will eat them). While its cooking, dump a bunch of cans of various beans, and diced tomatoes into the crockpot. As soon as the meat is done, add it to the pot, cover and let it go. If you don't want to do canned beans, throw dry beans in a big container and cover them with water overnight. Let it simmer all day in the crockpot and adjust seasonings to taste.
