Very bad gas..

It started around noon yesterday and by last night it was so bad and up into my shoulder. I've been passing so much gas and burping a ton. No luck. This is awful and is causing a ton of cramps. Anyone else having gas issues? Any tricks to help get rid of it?

According to my OB Simethicone or Maalox in the normal doses are okay. I don't usually take medication while pregnant, but sometimes you do what you gotta do. Do you take fish oil regularly? It might help.... uh.... send everything along....

Gas-X....it is a MIRACLE worker. It contains simethecone, a PP mentioned it as well. I'm sure generic is fine also.

I second the Gas-X recommendation.

Don't want to worry you, but have you had an ultrasound yet and made sure little bean is nestled in utero, not in a tube? (the shoulder pain was a flag for me...but it is mostly likely just gas related!)
