Safe Diaper cream from target or Walmart?

Is there a safe cream I can get at target or Walmart? We are out of town and my grandma els is almost gone. Ds is getting a little red.

California baby doesn't work for us. I've never tried it on ds but have on dd and she says it stings.

Thanks!

Butt paste and A and D ointment. Plain lanolin. All 3 wash out of my pocket diapers no problem.

another vote for coconut oil - this only worked on my ds when he was a little red. If he had a serious situation, we had to use something stronger.

but if you catch it now, you might be good with just the coconut oil

A&d washes out?! Wow I'm surprised! I've used balmex on pfs with no problem and lanolin and coconut butter on suedecloth. Triple paste stained my bg organic but it eventually came out with scrubbing and dawn.

I've never had any problems getting normal zinc cream washed out
