I like it without the h because it is the more traditional and common spelling but I think it is ok with the h. I have the less common but not made up spelling for my name and I haven't minded. It was more common for it to be spelled without the h even in the past. It also looks more correct to me without the h because I have a Cora. I like the name Nora(h). I have considered that one and it is pretty similar to my youngest's name
