I'm 28 and am expecting my second a month before I turn 29. My oldest is 5, so I feel as though I started young (DH is 4 years older than me) compared to my mother, who had my sister and I when she was nearly 40.

I've been 28 for 2 months, and I have 7.

By 28 we had 2 children. We planned on more but infertility had it's say and limited us. I am now 37 with 3 children and hoping for #4 before I can no longer have children. Then I would like to try adoption.

If I had had my way we would have a dozen kids or more. But with 14 almost 15 years of marriage, no birth control, 3 difficult pregnancys, 2 ending in emergency c-sections, and only 3 children I now set my sights much lower. 4 seems nice to me now.

I turned 28 in August. I had a stepdaughter, a son, and then our daughter was born in September. We aren't done yet!
