Belly support devices

I am still early in pregnancy but I am having wicked sciatic pains.

My midwife is sending me to a physical therapist & suggested looking into a belly support belt.

Anyone use these? Favorite brands?

On a side note, I am a nurse so something supportive especially for my lower back would be great for work too!

Re: Belly support devices

I don't like the Medela one, it wore out way too quickly and just folded over on itself.

Right now I'm just using this one, and it is really simple but feels the best. I've never tried any of the heavy duty ones that go up over the shoulders or anything.

My Mood:
I used the medula one (it was a loaner). It didn't "feel" like it was doing anything but it did help. I found that it annoyed me to wear it by the end of the day.
