Anyone try Shakeology?

I just started using it 2 weeks ago, and so far am loving it. Anyone have any experience with it long term?

Yes! I have been using it since March of this year. It is amazing!

I want to, but can't justify the cost just yet. My friend is a beach body coach and I got a sample of it and loved it. Starting with WW and will see where it goes from there!

Not yet, but DH ordered Insanity and it came with a free 7 days worth of them. I'm gonna try them for my breakfast since I'm not a breakfast eater and this should help me!

I would love to do Shakeology. I just can't swing it financially right now. I'm in the middle of a weight loss journey and am using several beachbody products. I'd love to become a coach at some point. Hopefully get some people under me that help cut the cost each month. I think it would do wonders for my dh cause he is on the road a lot and doesn't eat like he should.

Nope. Not worth the money IMO. When I did Insanity I was reminded all the time...but just took quality protein shakes and other supplements. Not to mention it only gives you 15g of protein with one scoop. Hardly enough for anyone if you're doing any workout.

From what I've read and seen its not supposed to be a protein powder, cause they also sell their own brand of that, which by the way everyone says is nasty tasting. I think its main purpose is getting healthy nutrition in you, for those who aren't getting it through their food. But I could be wrong. It has happened once or twice before.

I can't afford it, so I'm doing Alive supplement/vitamin and GNC lean shakes for breakfast.

Ya it's supposed to help you overall in recovery but with something like Insanity, even if you only weighed say 120 lbs, IMO 15g of protein right after is just not enough. It would be just cost prohibitive. And most vitamins in Shakeology are just the generic ascorbic acid C's, cyanocobalamin B12's and things you can find in most generic vitamins sold in many stores.
