ebay question

I sold an item on Sunday and still haven't been paid, with absolutely no contact from the buyer. They only have like 3 feedback. What do I do?

Re: ebay question

send a reminder through ebay. If you still don't hear file a non-paying bidder claim. I don't understand people, If I bid in something it means I really want it and I pay right away! Hope you get paid soon!

They do, by eBay rules, have 7 days to pay. I've had some stretch it out to the 7 day mark before with no contact. I always send one reminder and just keep my fingers crossed.

Re: ebay question

Send a reminder. Sometimes I just forget, or I bid while I'm out because I get the ending soon notice, and then forget to come back and pay once I get home.

Ok after 7 days can I relist? Or do I have to file a claim of some sort?

I believe- after 4 days, you can file non paying buyer. I usually remind at day 3, that at day 4, I am going to file.

Then after you file, they have 4 more days to pay.
If they don't they get a no paying buyer mark in their history (which is a joke cause no one sees it)

Or after x amount if days you simply ask to cancel. But you must cancel, from what I have read. Or that transaction lingers. And you pay final value fees.

Correct me if I am wrong peeps!

I don't get why they'd wait to pay. I just bought a sling off eBay and when I recieved the notice I won, right when it ended, I paid right then on my phone. It was paid within 5minutes of the auction ending.

You are right. I had to do a non-payment claim. All it does is refund the seller the listing fees so you you don't have to pay Ebay. It was really easy.
