My Mood:
Anyone used u-pic AND had to file?

No situation or anything, just curious how it went, what was the procedure, and how difficult was it to use or get reimbursed.

specifically, this would be US to US with tracking, but I sometimes use it for international as well.

Re: Anyone used u-pic AND had to file?

I did. I was the seller and the item was damaged in transit. It was a breeze to get the full $100 that I was covered for. Just sent pics of the damaged item, a print-out of a page on eBay that showed a listing for a similar item, with the price (it was a hard-to-find marble replica), and a copy of the email from the buyer stating the item was damaged.

They sent me a check within 2 weeks.
