I think they might work if your girl is pretty long. But I think they will likely be too long for her.

Bare with me, I am very new to cloth, I just started by trying out some of my friends spares today. If I measured the length of a prefold I am using now and compared it to your listed measurement would that be the same? or are they different than prefolds?

Yes, the length would need to be the same as what you are using or close to it. The waist I am pretty sure would be fine since there are so many settings.

is 20ppd mean shipping included?

Are these like fitteds where they need a waterproof cover? Is a doubler like an insert for more absobing?

No problem! You pretty much got it. Shipping is included, Yes, they will need a waterproof cover(but we used these under dresses and around the house so didn't worry about a cover). And yes, the doubler is for extra absorbancy.
