Nausea Meds???

I read that you should take 50 mg of B6 every 4 hours as needed

i took unisom and it worked! I was taking half a tablet in the morning and then later in the evening but then my doctor suggested taking one at night which made it so i didnt have m/s in the morning so i could eat which prevented m/s the rest of the day. I had it pretty bad too sick all day and puking.

my midwife told me to take 1/2 a unisom and 25mg of B6... it made me sleepy but it worked wonders!
