Weird pain/sensation

Sorry for the onslaught of questions from me lately, I'm a newb to the boob can ya tell?

My supply has finally regulated (RIP major oversupply ). However I'm still feeling sensations/pain similar to when I would get engorged. At the very top of my boobs,almost where they come out from my chest, I get a tingly, slightly painful/annoying sensations, usually both sides but sometimes only one. Right around when letdown happens on the nursing side but I don't notice any leaking from the other side, but my tanktop/bra is still closed so who knows. I've gotten a similar feeling in my nipples. I'm not feeling overly full (or full at all sometimes) when this happens either.

Is this anything I need to worry about?

That's how my letdown felt. I rarely leaked after initial engorgement. Wait til you hear someone else's baby cry in the store and you start dripping

Two that's just normal letdown! Congrats on surviving the worst part!! It's smooth sailing from here.

That is how I am too. Normal let down for me.

Yup, way up there. I sometimes feel it all the way in my back. Strange. Sometimes it's mild and sometimes it is so strong it actually sort of hurts and makes me cringe a little. It happens to me when baby is nursing and brings on the first let down. But, it will also sometimes happen if he starts to cry or if it's been about 2 hrs since he nursed or if I'm super full. Sometimes I start to leak when it happens and sometimes not.

That feeling may last your entire nursing relationship or you may feel it less over time. I usually feel it less and less as time goes on.
