I totally agree with this. All of that nasty outer stuff ruins an orange IMO

Trying to be good and not eat dessert. DD woke up from nap super cranky and has been whining nonstop. I didn't enter this new orange chicken recipe in MFP until after I ate and it put me over my calories I should have had less rice. So, trying to ignore the frozen yogurt calling my name.

The only thing stopping me is that there isn't anything swet in the house right now. I am just excited to go to bed so i can wake up tomorrow and have my coffe. It's like my daily dessert.

I had half oz of almonds and a medium bananna for breakfast. Going to try and check in to keep me on track. I haven't had pop since Saturday, and am drinking around 40oz of water...still not enough but an improvement.

I am at 144.2 today. I am hoping I will see 143 soon. Not sure what dinner is tonight. I am still having my coffee right now. Soon I will be going to water.
