WTG Hilary!
I got on the treadmill to start the C25K over again after almost making it through last time. Hopefully I dont end up with more pelvic issues so I can continue. Had oatmeal and coffee for breakfast and debating on an idealshape shake for salad. Have a bottle of Dew sitting here to have sometime but, I pretty much wont give up my occasional/daily 1 regular dew. I need to drink more water and have MFP back up on the desktop.

After stalking for a few days, I'm gonna jump in.

Current: 173, Goal: 150

Doing the bike and treadmill daily. My biggest issue is snacking and not eating at home, then passing Jack in the Box or Taco Bell, and giving in.
I'm going to attempt some Paleo type eating. In the early days of BF'ing I didn't have any dairy and dropped tons of weight, so I think I'm gonna try that again!

Okay. Back on track. Only down .6 pounds from my meltdown face-stuffing-fest, but at least it's going down again. I'm off to make a protein shake!

I'm back on track today too. I'm going to reward myself with something when I reach my next mini goal of 165. Something big, to keep me motivated. I have been gaining and losing the same four pounds for two months. I'm over it now!!!
Any ideas? I've done pedicure, massage, and swanky salon hair cut. I need something around $100. I can do this!!
