Hey there! Just posting my stats!

Starting weight: 185
Current weight: 185 (Darn you Thanksgiving!!)
Weight goal: 170

I've been doing really well this week! Got three workouts in, but still haven't lost any weight. I'm needing to really crack down on my diet. Oh well... something for next week! Good luck ladies!

Another thing I found out this morning, I can drink my coffee black! I cut down to one tbsp spy milk and a tsp agave, then to just agave. this morning I tried it without and I was fine with it. honestly the idea of all that sugar and making it taste like coffee candy sounds kinda gross to me now
That stinks about the wheat! Keep up the healthy eating though! Sometimes I find that corn tortillas are a nice change of pace from the flour ones. And go you with the coffee! It' amazing how much stuff you have to add to make it palatable (personally I can't stand the stuff. It's tea for me!).

I would like to join as well pretty please. My weight is a little harder to figure out as my little stinker switched my scale to kilograms? And I don't know how to switch it back.

Today was so not a clean eating day. Bought take out for lunch (still wasn't able to cook or wash dishes) and had some white rice. I also had a piece of sweet bread with butter on it. yum but not healthy in any way. And tomorrow is Chuck E Cheese day. I am looking forward to the salad bar though, but will eat a little pizza. Hoping to skip the cake. I also hope I don't undo all my hard work from this week

On a good note, my sink is finally fixed. there's a big hole in my wall under my kitchen sink but I can wash dishes again. The plumber will come back sometime next week to repair the wall.
