This workout is intense but it's actually kind of fun and goes by pretty fast.
I have it but am genuinely afraid of it. I'm a level 0 in the workout dept.

I'm up and I'm so discouraged. 149.

And I'm 30 today, not upset about the number, just another milestone come and gone, wo reaching that weight goal. Up up up!

And I had cake last night. .

A regular size piece too!!

Happy 30th!!! I was the same when I turned 30. Enjoy it! As for being up you'll lose that in no time.

Workouts like insanity are fun and even if your a 0 at the start you do what you can. Start simple. I started with Jullian's 30 day shred and then moved on to harder workouts from there. They are great stepping stones.

Just remember to get up and move that body! That's all that matters.

Re: The 25lb Challenge December thread

Numommy-Happy Birthday!

I have the Insanity videos but had issues w/ my knee when I did them which was weird as I didnt have issues before and I cant take 6 days of exercising as I cant seem to fit it in but, have thought of doing it 3 days or just getting back on the C25K. We had some family tragedy which caused me to get away from my exercising which of course led to crappy eating habits and then I started having pelvic pain but, I am going to work around it if I can and get back on the treadmill tomorrow. I have IdealShape shakes also that I find work well and dont taste too bad and got some Shakeology samples that I was excited about but, the first one I tried tastes like...well not good. I do well w/ meal replacement shakes as it doesnt take as much time as making a meal.

Good for you getting back on track. I have some friends who have done well with meal replacement shakes like the vi shakes.

Thanks everyone. My husband started Paleo w me and we both had cake. He said he was up 3# today too. He is down like 30 pounds though.

I know not working out is my problem. I have not been and it shows. I m lazy.

Loosing weight and not working out was working. Guess its time to change it up.

I really need to workout too. I finally got a jogging stroller so I can go on walks with DS. Wearing him was killing my back.
