Don't stress about it! Everyone has days like that. When I'm feeling that way, I got out of my way to do my makeup and hair so at least I feel a little pretty, even if I'm wearing my pajamas because they're the only thing that fits.

Stepped on the scale today annnnnd.... I lost two pounds since last week! Woo hoo! I think I'll celebrate with some P90X.

Well, my knees are feeling a lot better I think. But I'm still sick so I've done nothing, nothing sounds good to eat and I'm so sick of feeling like crud. I'm about to make chicken soup and hope that helps.

Ugh, by noon I ate all my calories for the day. Clementines and tea for me...
Also, I'm still at 173.6, and it's because I keep losing and gaining and gaining and losing. I need to stop the cycle of overeating on weekends!!!!

I fell off the paleo bandwagon today. I had pasta salad (loaded will raw veggies so not totally awful). It wasnt bad calorie wise but more grain than i have eaten in a LONG LONG time.

It was.....amazing! I love pasta salad (whole wheat pasta, chopped raw veggies...today was grated carrot, sluced pepper, broccolli, cauliflower, tomatoes and peas) with home made italian dressing. YUM!!!

Its going to be very hard to go back to paleo now, ugh. Thats why i hate carb/grain cheats...its a slippery slope!

Blerg! I hope you feel better. It's a good idea not to push it when you're sick. You could end up making it worse! Hope you're feeling better soon!
