wish AF would hurry already

I have yet to have a PP AF...dd is 15 months old (still night nursing) and I hate wondering all the time, and looking for O signs constantly.... I never thought i'd be in a hurry for her to come back but it sure would make NFP a lot easier....anyone else btdt? when did AF come back for you?

OMG I am right there with you! My dd is 11 months old, and with ds I got it back at 10 months so I am definitely freaking out. I had myself convinced I was pregnant for past 1 1/2 months and after 5 negative tests and some research am finally starting to relax about it. My dd still cosleeps in bed with us and nurses at night frequently (even though she is about 30lbs at 11 months old, baby bear!) I've never wanted AF to come so much either

Re: wish AF would hurry already

My PPAF came in September (had LO in January). Was trying to NFP but couldn't get the hang of it, then tried the condoms (which we have pretty much stopped using). Had AF in October but not since then. Trying not to freak out but really want to test. My periods are ALWAYS irregular, but I usually got at least 1 per month. Guess I better go get some tests...

Re: wish AF would hurry already

I was the same way. After DD1 we want to get pregnant right away and AF comes back right away. After DD2 we absolutely don't want to get pregnant right away and it takes twice as long to come back! All the worrying! I'm currently waiting for her to arrive this month so I can breathe a sigh of relief. DH was cleared from his V that his count is zero but we had an oopsie 2 weeks prior. Bah!!!

In the same boat! I'm at 10 months no af insight. Also cosleeping and night nursing. Do not want another but only using withdrawal method right now and we've all heard stories how ineffective that is. I have a diaphragm but have yet to use it since no af. I think once I get af back, we'll use a combo of withdrawal, diaphragm, and nfp.

Yep, that's exactly how I felt after K. My last three PP AFs were at 11 1/2 months, 13 1/2 months, and (gasp) 5 1/2 months-all EBF!
