They are $25-26 brand new. IMHO, $24 isn't low enough for me, I would just pay an extra dollar and buy new. However, $17 for EEUC is unreasonably low.

$24's higher than I would actually pay too, but lots of sellers post their prices slightly higher than they'll accept, planning to negotiate down. But not only is $17 lowballing so much as to be borderline offensive, actually calling someone out re: their price on their sale thread, instead of PM'ing the seller, pushes it over the line into downright rude territory.
