Brenda - love the cowl!
I'm trying to convince my dad to put some Targhee on his acreage. They have mostly cheviot/Suffolk/Romney mixes right now.

Chickens!!!! Their poop is much smaller. I love going out in the morning and getting still warm eggs for breakfast...

I'm going to try my hand at processing fleeces this coming shearing. It should be interesting. At least if I ruin it I won't really feel like I wasted money.

Re: KAL ~ Christmas Crafts: Dec 2-8

I emailed WEBS Friday after they closed (or maybe it was Saturday?) - the 47" cable I ordered from them has a messed up end. I couldn't even see anything wrong, but my tips won't screw on to it. Just one side, and the tips work fine on other cables. They emailed me already this morning saying another cable would be out in today's mail! I love it when companies take care of stuff so fast.

Re: KAL ~ Christmas Crafts: Dec 2-8

Has anyone here tried KA needles? I'm finally seeing stuff about them but I know they're not that new. I love the 0-15 size range and I'm curious if anyone has experience with them.

I only have 30minutes for lunch and a 15minute break. They have all been sitting on the couches talking all night and I've been working.

I'm sick, again. Watching toddlers with a sore throat is not very fun.

About done with Bs legwarmers. I didn't actually understand that stitch, plus I was trying on DPNS so I gave up and did basic ones. Also started a plain white Vintage Sweet for B, in cascade.
sorry you are sick

yes, sheep flyers sound like an excellent idea! attach a yard of yarn to the flyer for effect.

KA? are those the webs ones? If so, I have a few in my knitting group that say they are just like KP.

we woke up to no hot water and a flooded garage. OUr hot water heater hose sprung a leak and sprayed hot water out at the ceiling all night. DH is out there trying to fix it and I have been rotating all the floor stuff in front of the fan to help it dry. Happy Monday to us!!! Super yay!

depends on time

we have the "polar express" breakfast at church from 9-11:30

then Steven has a bday party from 12-1 (but maybe Benj can drop him off/pick him up).
