Poor you!!! With #4 we drive from sc to ak in under 10 days and that's what I looked like every night. We stopped and got a hotel every other night (while in the us!) so rb could rub the fluid out of my legs and I had to buy new shoes. It was horrible. I ended up having to have my wedding rings cut off before delivery.

With #1, it was as bad in the mornings as it was at night. That was during the summer though. With #2, it was during the winter (like this one!) and I don't recall that it got THAT bad in my legs as early, but by delivery it was that bad, but my hands were more troublesome during the last few months with that pregnancy... We'll see what this time holds I guess. I used to live in Crocs ... and those got to the point where they were leaving blisters. Hoping with consistent use of the stockings this time that I can keep it a little better controlled.

Drive safely. We got a good dump of fluffy snow last night so the snow pulls my little car around. Not fun. I'm not looking forward to driving across town for soccer in a little bit. Its also supposed to be -30c (-22f) tonight with the wind. Yuck!

Once the first 48 hours of nastiness was done with Pixie I had about 10 lbs. to lose to be back to my prepregnancy weight, which wasn't too bad. It melted off with yoga and BF'ing. I always carry some water weight though too. Pi it was terrible, I have stretch marks on my knees and ankles from it

The gussets make them look sloppy in pictures, but they work really well.
