And need a nap? I just woke up 1.5hrs ago and I'm already exhausted.

ds is only 3...he's wide awake and doesn't nap. Yawn. Haha

I use the tv! Lol turn on a movie or cartoon and we are good!

People used to think I was nuts when I told them that my son stays up till 10 pm every night. He is 4y 2m. Now I am looking like the smart person in the room! I get a nap everyday! I don't have to stay up till 10pm with him either. I can go to bed after DH gets home and just wake up to tuck him in!

I say if you can do it, try to do some of what I do!

I drink a cup of coffee if I MUST stay awake (I work from home). My youngest (the only one home from 7am to 3pm), is going to be 5 in March, and I just plop him in front of Team Umizoomi, or Doc McStuffins, and take a cat nap. I'm a VERY light sleeper, so the slightest motion from him and I wake up.

I have them sit behind me or beside me on the couch and put in a movie and take a nap. I wake up if they try and get down.

DS is 5. I put on Netflix for him and tell him to wake me up when he needs me. Yesterday, after work, I urged DS to take a nap with me at 7:30 pm. We woke up at 10 pm together and didn't head back to bed until 3 am. :face palm:
