No worries, just checking.
Ok I am showered, little girls are dressed. I need to get dressed in clothing acceptable for submitting an application, and also fill out the application. Then I will be taking them to school and come home for a big purge and organization party. Whee

Re: Basically it's Tuesday

I'm trying to make this quickly tonight to keep me warm tomorrow.

I need to sort out which yarn I'm going to take for my travel knitting...9 hours travel on the train tomorrow needs some knitting. I thought best would be socks that I know the pattern off the top of my head would be best. Not something I need to read a pattern from. Plus I'm charging both kindles and my ipod-shuffle.

I was very lucky and the thermo gel I ordered arrived today and I could get my nails done today too. I picked one that is black with silver glitter when cold and silver glitter when warm. Fun!

Re: Basically it's Tuesday

I'm thinking I'd really like some knee high socks....just I'm unsure about home many increases I'd need to do for them to fit just right. I dont really want to have to do stripes but I know that's the best way to avoid pooling. Not the best knitting for doing tomorrow so I#ll have to leave that for another time I think.

So best if I just stick to my regular pattern

Two subs called in sick, handled those issues. Got the newsletter knocked out. Getting things organized for the rest of the week.

If you have teachers off sick and then the subs call in sick...what do you do?

It'll be ok! Promise!

Ezra will be feeling better soon. The kitchen will be done before Christmas and Ru will be home soon.....as long as you think of "soon" as being sometime before the new year

Not really at all. It's all about how much you have going on at the same time. If any one thing was on it's own it'd be fine but all of it at the same time and it's a bit much.

I'm stressing a bit now about tomorrow.....4.5 hours travel each way. 3 trains to get there and 3 trains to get back. I'm trying to make sure I have everything I need but I cant be sure because I dont know what could happen. Worst for me is I cant take my meds earlier to help me feel calmer....because the day is going to be long enough as it is without cutting my meds shorter at the other end of the day.
