The fit looks a little odd to me, but if it seems to be fitting and there are no leaks, then its good!

Looks odd to me too...like it's fastened tightly right across his hip bones - ouch with the rubbing directly on those hip bones! It's sitting super low and really bunching up in his crotch & looking bulkier than it should across his tush.
