Here's why I'll never order from Cotton Babies again

I've ordered from CB several times, have always gotten orders quickly. Twice i have contacted them-once about them putting in a wrong size hemp doubler (they promptly sent the correct one in addition), and once about pul becoming sticky after only a few months. Not sure how others are having such different experiences.

I once ordered two Thirsties Duo covers from a well known online retailer. I was sent two Duo Pocket diapers instead. When I told them about the mistake, I was told I would have to pay the additional cost if I wanted to keep them or send them back. Your situation sounds pretty good.

I always thought this meant "I wish I hadn't said that" or "wish I hadn't gotten involved"-- even though clearly already read and quoted.

I've had problems with their customer service too. That's why I exclusively order from Kissed by the Moon. Tami has awesome customer service.
